Seeking to swap out pain and discomfort for energy, strength and mobility? A Movement Training class at Move With Ease is one of the fastest ways to take the guesswork out of getting fit. Through methods like agility training, core stability, dynamic stretching and more, our program is designed to restore functional human movement patterns to your everyday life.
Our bodies are meant to move and thrive while being essential to our overall health and wellness. Humans are designed for movements like squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling, though habits of a lifetime can put those natural functions out of kilter. This is why our TRAIN TO MOVE class is focused on helping you achieve a life of increased activity while experiencing less pain and discomfort.
You cannot build a house without a solid foundation. Learn how to properly execute foundational body movement patterns. This will help prepare you to handle greater loads and higher levels of activity with more effectiveness! Setting you up for success.

Let's Move and Groove
Welcome to Blue "Kat" Blues School of Blues Dance!Our monthly series is perfect for those looking to learn and/or improve their social dance, as well as those who want to gain confidence and competence in dancing to live music or at social dances.Our approach to blues dance will challenge you, but not make it impossible to pick-up, get your body moving, is creative and a whole lot of fun!Over the course of the month, we will cover blues dance movements, lead/follow connections, simple turns and styling, embellishments, and a few idiom dances.By the end each month, you will have developed more of your personal style along with the foundation of the blues aesthetic. In addition, the confidence and competence to tackle most social blues dance and club dance experiences, including live music at your favorite fam spot.Class with partnership:We rotate partners frequently during the lesson, so you have the option of dancing exclusively with your partner or joining the rotation. WEst African Dance
Welcome to West African dance class where it's all about letting loose, having fun, and feeling good! All levels, abilities, and ages are welcome. This is a safe space!
Each month will be a 4 week series where we focus on a different dance and put together a small choreography. Missing a class or dropping in for 1 or 2 is perfectly fine!
Classes will start with a short stretch and warm up so that we can loosen our bodies and get in touch with the rhythm of the drum. From there, we will learn moves from the particular dance we are learning that week. Some days we may end class with a solo circle so that everyone can enjoy and show off their new moves. Don't miss out on this fun and energetic class! Wednesdays @ 7:00pm

JOURNEY TO SELF; A ConScious Dance Experience BEGINS aPRIL 7TH AT 6:30PM-8PM
Who are you? Where have you been? Where are you headed? How do you move in your body when you’re in a space of confidence and you’re radiating brightly? How do you move in your body when you experience fear, anger, stuck, or feel like “I don’t know”? How do you honor and accept all of the beauty and challenges that are a reflection of you? You journey inward and dance it out!
The intention and focus of Journey to Self is to invite you, the dancer, to discover and experience who you are when you get out of your head and into your body. It’s about giving your body permission to move in any way and discovering the beauty, power, vulnerability, awkwardness, and so much more that exists within you. All you need is the curiosity to explore and a willingness to step in and be present!
I do not teach dance steps; you know how to move already and you’ve known since you were a child…before the world got its hands on you. I offer an idea for you to focus on and explore as you move to great music and dance among other inward travelers. No previous dance experience is needed. We typically wear loose clothing that feels good to move around in and we dance bare-footed.
Shake off the tedium of your work week and step into your weekend feeling more alive, invigorated, soulful…yourself!

Move With Stability
This class is all about joint health and feeling stable!
The key to having a happy performing body is to have healthy joints that are functioning properly. Mobility training is a perfect active recovery activity.
Mobility Training is your ability to actively control and access your full range of motion within a joint. Mobility training optimizes movement and performance by increasing the range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles. When you’re more mobile, you can train harder, recover faster, and perform better! Thursdays 4:15pm
