Persistent tension isn’t always about weak muscles or poor posture. Often, it’s the fascia—the connective tissue that weaves through your entire body—asking for attention.
In this 60-minute virtual workshop, you’ll learn what fascia is, how it responds to stress, repetition, and inactivity, and why tight or dehydrated fascia can leave you feeling restricted, stiff, or “stuck,” even if you stretch regularly.
We’ll move beyond theory into simple, accessible practices designed to restore glide, elasticity, and ease. You’ll be guided through gentle, intentional exercises that help reduce tension and support better movement in daily life.
This workshop is appropriate for all bodies and movement backgrounds. No equipment required—just space to move and curiosity to listen to your body.
This offering is donation-based as a way to give back to the community and make education around movement and fascia more accessible. Contribute what you can, knowing your presence matters.
Come learn, explore, and reconnect to a body that feels more spacious and at ease.
