This membership includes weekly 90‑minute, in‑person Movement Alchemy practices, alongside access to our virtual sessions. Both formats follow the same curriculum and learning cycle.

Virtual live practice offers guided sessions rooted in the same curriculum taught in person. You will move, learn, and revisit foundational ideas over time — developing skill, awareness, and continuity in your own space.
This option supports those who value consistency, accountability, and practicing within a shared rhythm — even from a distance.
Our online school, Emerge With Ease, offers structured programs, guided practices, and educational resources designed to help you build capacity and develop a deeper understanding of how your body works. These programs provide a clear progression, allowing you to study, practice, and revisit material over time.
We also offer stand-alone courses and workshops focused on specific topics — giving you the opportunity to address particular needs, deepen a skill, or explore a new area of movement study.

Can I try a class before committing?
Yes, during our Community Movement Session that is offered the last Tuesday of every month.
They are offered so you may experience our teaching style, pacing, and philosophy before committing to the practice. Drop-ins are not designed to support long-term learning, and are not intended as an ongoing way to participate.
Practice asks for continuity. We honor that.
Is there a curriculum, or are classes drop-in based?
All practices at Move With Ease are guided by a shared curriculum.
The curriculum unfolds in 8–12 week cycles, allowing ideas, movements, and skills to be revisited and refined over time. We move slowly enough to learn, and consistently enough to integrate.
Progress here is not driven by novelty, but by relationship.
We offer Community Movement Sessions on the last Tuesday of every month.
We recommend scheduling a Movement Strategy Session for personalized guidance on which path is best for your goals.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. We ask for a minimum commitment of three months when joining the practice.
This is not about obligation — it is about giving learning the time it deserves. Three months allows space for orientation, confusion, clarity, and growth to emerge naturally.
Movement reveals itself over time.
What is expected around attendance?
Presence matters here.
Because this is a shared practice — one that unfolds through continuity, relationship, and learning — we hold an expectation of regular attendance. We ask that student-members maintain approximately 80% attendance each month.
If you are unable to attend an in-person practice, we ask that you join a virtual session instead. This allows you to stay connected to the curriculum, your own development, and the shared rhythm of the practice.
This time together is not casual.
It is time set aside to listen, to study, and to move with intention. When we show up consistently, we honor the work, each other, and the container that makes learning possible.
