Our highly trained and certified trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and encouraging environment.
They will:
- Create a customized 3, 6 or 12 month program.
- Provide education,
- sound exercise instruction
- Recomment lifestyle modification to ensure you get the results you are looking for.
- Support between sessions.

Virtual and Online Coaching
Virtual Personal Training
We know that not everyone can make it in to our fitness studio but still would love to have a Fitness professional work with them to keep them accountable and doing the exercises correctly. Not to mention, have a personalized training program as well.
In this form of training, you would have set scheduled sessions where one of our Movement Specialists would instruct you live!
They would be able to see you and provide you with instant feedback. Virtual training session are conducted via Zoom.
This is best for individuals that need the additional motivation, accountability and are maybe challenged with the distance of meeting in person.

Online Coaching Programs
Online coaching programs provide custom programming and coaching in a virtual platform. Individuals have the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a Movement Specialist; however, would have more flexibility to train when and where they want.
What Online Coaching entails:
- A custom 3 month tailored program for you to follow.
- Access to unlimited messaging via the application to help you stay on track and receive the support you desire.
- Bi-monthly scheduled video/phone consultations to discuss progress.
Online coaching is perfect for individuals who want the tailored program, increased training flexibility and still have the support of a trainer.

eat with Joy Nutrition Coaching
As someone once said, "You can't exercise your way out of an unhealthy diet" and expect to see results you are looking for. At Move With Ease we believe what we eat is just as important as how we move. Both are essential to living a fulfilled life. Our nutrition coaching is centered helping you understand your goals and how they relate to your reality: background, lifestyle, habits, preferences, and previous attempts to improve your overall wellness.
Together with your nutrition coach, you will discover ways you move towards healthier habits that DON’T seem daunting or overwhelming for you and therefore are more sustainable.
Your nutrition coach will work with you to track your efforts (food log, exercise, new habits) and results (not limited to changes in your body composition, but also your overall health and how you’re feeling). Our desired outcome for you is to bring JOY to eating and for you have a a GOOD relationship with food.

How Does it Work?
It’s time to put you on the long-term track toward success in reaching your goals.
1. Initial Assessment
We begin with a complimentary session to get to know each other and determine which program is best for you and your goals.
Session will include:
- Meeting with a Movement professional
- Advanced Movement Screen
- Develop your personalized fitness goals
- Create your game plan to reach your goals
- Review of your exercise history/lifestyle
- 10-15 minute exercise review of at home exercises you can do to begin your journey towards your goals
2. Program Setup
Once you have completed your initial assessment, you and your Coach will determine the length of program, days to meet, and put you on the schedule.
They will create your program and have it ready by your agreed upon 1st day of your progam.
3. Communication & Accountability
Our Specialist are here to work with you and will ensure an open line of communication.
It's important to make sure you determine what days and time work best for you to ensure for better success and will help keep you accountable to your goals. We want to see you succeed!
